To get better! Improve yourself in some way. You may not always be able to do what you did when you were young, but there are ways you can become even better than you were. And I’ve seen people who were very sedentary when they were young and who have constantly that (in her 60s) she is in the best shape of her adult life. Is not that what fitness is about? If you really think about physical fitness, is not it about improving, improving and doing what you need to do to feel better about yourself and your body? Is it not about quality and not quantity? For the stay at home, moms and working mothers who come to the gym can be a nuisance. Between work meetings, school meetings and everyday tasks, the gym is the last thing we want to do at the end of the day.
